There’s classes during the early evenings and then it’s all about showing everyone what you’re made of and taking to the wooden dance floor to show off with some freestyle salsa moves. There’s also a restaurant above Bar Cuba so you can satisfy your appetite after classes. Learn something new by signing up to the many Bhangra classes in West London. One of the best is called Bollywood Dance Course [map] and is held at Balderton Street. Bhangra dancing combines a creative mixture of poses, grace, hand movements and expressions that are an integral part of Bollywood performing. One of ballet's most important schools is also located in West London. The Royal Ballet School [map], Talgarth Road, Barons Court, trains and educates outstanding classical ballet dancers for The Royal Ballet in Birmingham and other top international dance companies.
