Rother Street Market [map] is the most popular market in the area. Taking place each Friday 8:00am-2:00pm, Rother Market is the ideal place to go for handmade crafts, organic fruit and vegetables and those unusual goods that you just can’t get anywhere else, such as doll's house furniture and retro clothing.

On the first and third Saturday of each month, throughout the summer the site is transformed in the Farmers’ Market and it’s here that you’ll find a great variety of local produce from honey and dairy products to blankets and jumpers made of pure wool.
