Comedy In Norwich |

Comedy clubs are such a hit with partygoers as they offer
the complete package of hilarious entertainment, a slap-up
meal and a disco all rolled into one.
And although there is not a great selection in Norwich,
the city’s funny venues are well worth a visit nonetheless.
For starters there’s the Red Card Comedy Club
[map] at Norwich City Football Club on Carrow Road, which plays
host to some top acts.
Dedicated to bringing the finest stand-up comics to Norwich,
this is the only dedicated comedy club in the city and it plays host to the likes of Carey Mark, Anthony
King, Ben Norris and Adam Crow.
Another venue that regularly stages stand-up and comedy
shows is the Norwich Playhouse [map] on St Georges Street, where comedians such as Adam Hills
and Jeff Green have performed in the past.
Other venues worth checking out include Norwich Theatre
Royal [map],
which presents a number of touring comedy acts, and The
Forum [map],
which occasionally plays host to local stand-up artists.
