Sandwich Bars in North West London |
 |
 |
For sandwiches
so fresh they’re made while you stand there, try
the Subway chain of sandwich bars. There’s
a choice of two in north west London so you’ll need
to head to either Golders Green High Road or Kilburn High
Road to enjoy a foot long sub, tailor-made for your lunchtime
needs.
If you fancy something a little different for lunch you
could try one of the famous salt-beef sandwiches from Bloom’s [map]. This Golders Green eatery serves
traditional Jewish food including a range of sandwiches
and soups.
Pret-a-Manger [map] on Camden High Street will probably be a ditherer’s
nightmare as there’s just so much to choose from.
Sandwiches range from the ubiquitous tuna mayo to the
more exotic Houmous & Oven Roasted Tomato, while the
menu also boasts baguettes, salads, sushi as well as desserts.
EAT [map] has been around for eight years and prides
itself on the freshness of their food with sandwiches
only having a one-day shelf life. For a lunchtime feed
you can chose from sandwiches, baguettes, wraps, sushi,
salads and pies. And vegetarians should find plenty on
the menu to keep their hunger at bay. The closest outlet
to north west London is the one on High Holborn.
Calling themselves London’s best value sandwich
chain, Benjys [map] is another venue for your
bread based lunch. Although there are no stores in north
west London at present, you can get sandwich platters
delivered for you and some colleagues to enjoy together.
