Event:	Leeds Half Marathonl
Date:	15th May 2005
Description:	The ideal way to test your fitness and maybe even raise some money for charity, Leeds half marathon provides enjoyment for both competitors and spectators.

Event:	Northern Exposure
Date:	31st May – 4th June 2005
Description:	Organised in conjunction with the BBC, this event uses new works, workshops and discussions/debates to inspire new writers and writings.

Event:	Party in the Park
Date:	25th July 2005
Description:	Bringing pop talent to West Yorkshire, this event, mainly frequented by young teenagers, grows ever popular each year.
