GO Events In Cardiff

	As the capital of Wales you’ll find there’s plenty going on in Cardiff to keep you interested. However in addition to these, the city also hosts some popular annual events, including:

Event:	Six Nations Rugby Internationals
Date:	February to April 2005
Description:	See some of the best Welsh and northern hemisphere rugby talent on show in the RBS six nations. Events take place over the course of a month as Wales, Scotland, England, Ireland, France and Italy compete for the championship and the Grand Slam.

Event:	Cardiff Singer of the World
Date:	11th – 19th June 2005
Description:	Showcasing music by Mozart, his predecessors, contemporaries and successors, this festival is a joy for classical music fans.

Event:	International Festival of Musical Theatre in Cardiff
Date:	1st - 17th April 2005
Description:	St David’s Hall plays host to this prestigious singing event, where competitors perform opera, concert music and song to impress the crowds and the judges. The five concert heats provide the finalists for the finale event which determines the winner.
