Event:	SWEB Bristol Harbour Festival
Date:	23rd - 24th July 2005
Description:	Celebrating Britain's maritime history, this festival brings together music, dancing and ships for a weekend sea related entertainments.

Event:	Bristol International Festival of Kites and Air Creations
Date:	3rd - 4th September 2005
Description:	Each Ashton Court comes alive with colour as amazing kites and air creations fill the skies. Kite making workshops for the kids and kite propelled buggies all feature in this uplifting festival.

Event:	Bristol Poetry Festival
Date:	6th - 16th October 2005
Description:	Aiming to make poetry more accessible, this festival showcases local, national and international poetry talent.

Event:	Brief Encounters Bristol International Short Film Festival
Date:	23rd - 27th November 2005
Description:	Live action, animation, drama and documentary, all feature in this showcase of short film at the Watershed Media Centre.
