Get dressed up and have a special night on the town by
enjoying what’s on offer at Bath’s premier
theatres. Bath Theatre Royal [map], which can be found at Sawclose, is largely regarded as one of the most beautiful theatres in Britain. Merely looking around this Georgian theatre is an event in itself and a performance here really is something special. London productions often have previews here or begin their tours at The Royal after leaving the West End. However, the theatre is also used by local amateur groups, such as the Bath Operatic and Dramatic Society. For a completely different experience and the chance to see some young actors, directors and writers showcasing their talent, head to The Rondo [map].
