can be found at Manvers Street, which is located just
yards from Bath Spa Railway Station and from here you
can catch a bus to other parts of Bath and Somerset as
well as further afield. The bus bays are all clearly marked but there's also an information desk which will provide help if you're unsure. Seating is limited but there is a nearby café which provides beverages and a welcome indoor retreat when the weather is bad. Badgerline Bus Service runs regular buses to nearby locations including Chippenham, Bristol, Frome, Salisbury, Wells and Keynsham. A regular service to the neighbouring city of Bristol runs from the bus station every 15 minutes. Badgerline offers special day-trip tickets to nearby attractions at reduced rates and this is a good way to see the sights in comfort. Look out for the purple and white Badgerline buses as these offer easy access for wheelchairs and prams. This bus station is where you’ll also find the National Express coach comapny which runs services to a number of destinations across the UK and Europe including direct services to Gatwick and Heathrow Airports. |
