Train Travel in Aberdeen

Aberdeen train station [map] can be found on Guild Street opposite the main bus station and very close all the city centre attractions.

Train services at this station run directly to and from Edinburgh, where you can connect to London King’s Cross, Glasgow, and Inverness. You can also get connected to services to Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, and other cities and towns across the UK.

Most of the services from Aberdeen station are operated by First ScotRail, while the station itself has a number of facilities including a ticket office, toilets, public phones, a car park with 130 spaces, and a café.

You can get a taxi once you step off the train as there is a taxi rank outside the building or you can catch a bus from the main terminal on Guild Street.
